Dr. Zate is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and underwent additional fellowship training to develop further procedural skills.  He hopes to help restore function in his patient’s lives whether that involves education, therapy, or a combination of medical and interventional treatments.

Dr. Zate can provide thorough care for back pain, neck pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, failed back-syndrome, post- laminectomy syndrome, headaches, joint related aches and pains, or additional musculoskeletal/sport related injuries.
